$850 / day (up to 4 hours on location) , $1,300 / day (for up to 8 hours on location)*

• 1 million liability insurance policy included

*Most drone shoots require 1 preproduction prep day per shoot day.

PRE-PRODUCTION

$450 day

• Location scouting, gear prep, permitting, and creative.

TRAVEL RATE

Local travel within 50 miles is included.

For shoots outside of the local service area, the following travel rates apply:

• 51-100 miles: $150 travel fee

• 101-150 miles: $250 travel fee

• 151+ miles: Custom travel quote or travel day rate may apply

Travel fees do not include lodging, parking, tolls, airfare, rental cars, or other required travel expenses. All travel expenses are the responsibility of the client.

• Shoots over 75 miles away require a $74 daily per diem.

For shoots requiring an additional travel day to or from the location, a $400 travel day rate applies. This rate does not include travel costs or lodging.
